Peter Adkison founded Wizards of the Coast and served as its CEO until Jan, 2001. Under his leadership Wizards created the collectible trading card game market and launched Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, and the Magic: The Gathering pro tour. Peter spearheaded Wizards’ acquisition of the world’s leading role playing game company, TSR, and the launch of 3rd Edition Dungeons & Dragons. He also oversaw the $500M sale of Wizards to Hasbro. Peter has an MBA from the University of Washington.

Robin Krueger

During her 25-year career, Krueger has served in financial leadership roles at emerging growth, public and private companies in the transportation, healthcare and e-commerce segments. She specializes in mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, CFO mentoring and controllership. Krueger is a partner at Tatum, the nation’s largest and fastest-growing executive services firm. Previously, she was vice president of finance for Intracorp Capital LLC., where she was charged with leading finance operations of portfolio companies for a closely-held private equity fund. Krueger also played an essential role in the public offering of ImageX.com, Inc., where she raised $120 million in a follow-on offering and executed an aggressive $100 million acquisition strategy. Prior to ImageX.com, she served as vice president, finance and treasurer of Alaska Airlines, responsible for corporate finance and an accounting group at the then $1.7 billion revenue national airline. Krueger holds a Post-MBA Certificate in Accounting from The Seattle University, a Master of Business Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Jesper Myrfors

Julianne Parsons

Juliane Parsons manages day-to-day operations at Hidden City Games, including providing operational guidance in analyzing and appraising the effectiveness of operations and ensuring that the organization’s growth and objectives are being met. Since 1994, Parsons has specialized in the toy and gaming industries. She served various positions at Hasbro, Inc.’s Wizards of the Coast division and The Topps Company, Inc.’s WizKids division, including: Director of International Product Development; Vice-President of Project Management; Vice-President of Production, Development and Localization; and Executive Vice-President Planning & Production. Prior to joining Hidden City Games, Juliane served as Chief Operations Officer at DRY Soda Co. where she was responsible for all aspects of operations, including product development, manufacturing and logistics, as well as online, retail store and distributor sales. A native of Renchen, Germany, Parsons is a graduate of the Achern Business Academy and the University of Washington Management Program.

Steve Conard

Steve Conard co-founded Wizards of the Coast and designed Magic: The Gathering—Legends, the most popular Magic expansion ever. As senior director of IP development at Wizards, Conard managed a team of writers, graphic designers, illustrators, and game designers, and pitched concepts to Hasbro and Hollywood studios. After Wizards was acquired by Hasbro in 1999 Conard served as a senior game designer, project manager, and web game developer, working on Tonka, Super Soaker, Play-Doh, Transformers, GI Joe, and Star Wars. Later Conard joined Microsoft as Senior Game Designer, where he developed games with tradable virtual objects, IP concepts and bibles, black hole projects, and games for the Zone, Instant Messenger, mobile devices, and online communities.

Joshua Howard

Joshua Howard brings with him 15 years of experience at Microsoft, where he was most recently group manager for Carbonated Games, the casual games studio he started at the company. Prior to that he was part of MSN Games/Zone.com, where he was responsible for overseeing all efforts related to distributing, publishing and internally developing games for MSN Games, Live Messenger and Xbox Live Arcade. |

Paul Peterson

Paul Peterson has been a professional game designer for over 10 years. His career began at Wizards of the Coast, where he was brought into R&D to help develop Magic: The Gathering. He spent the next 7 years designing and developing some of the most successful games the hobby industry has ever seen, including Pokémon and Harry Potter. After leaving Wizards of the Coast, he turned his talents to the computer gaming industry and worked on the massively multiplayer online role playing game Horizons: Empires of Istaria.

George Stetar

In 1991 George Stetar joined Ultra Pro as a customer service representative. In 1996 George was promoted to Director of International Sales, and in this capacity opened a warehousing and distribution center in Europe, while expanding Ultra Pro’s business into Asia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and the mass market. George also worked extensively in designing new products and tailored lines for major accounts like Wal-Mart. Before leaving Ultra Pro in 2006, George managed the company’s OEM business internationally and worked on special promotions for Kodak, Wal-Mart, Wizards of the Coast, Upper Deck Entertainment, Magic Box, and Pokémon USA. As more and more of Ultra Pro’s sourcing moved to China, George managed the logistics for shipping those products to markets outside Asia. In 2006, George went to Trendus World, where he designed, created and took to market an entire line of unique collectible card accessories

Seana Wohlfeil

Seana Wohlfeil has more than twenty years’ experience in graphic-design, product-management and manufacturing areas, with a background that includes project management, production management, graphic design, purchasing, media coordination, estimating, sales, marketing, web design, and advertising. Her extensive knowledge of the gaming industry was developed as a member of the team producing the game Magic: The Gathering at Wizards of the Coast. She was responsible for many aspects of Wizards’ International Products Division, including product development, design, layout, and production of core products and materials in eleven languages. Seana has a degree in Commercial Art and Design from George Brown College in Toronto.

Dell Monson

Dell Monson serves as Senior Director of Marketing for North America Operations, overseeing the marketing division at Hidden City Games. Previously, Mrs. Monson oversaw the external communications program at Classmates.com and the Web Behavior and Analytics team for Eddie Bauer’s eCommerce division. As member of the Direct Marketing Association, the American Marketing Association and Email Experience Council, she continues to speak at industry events and moderates the Email Marketing Roundtable, an international group connecting marketers from the world’s leading brands in discussions on how to build winning loyalty marketing programs. With more than 9 years of online marketing experience, Mrs. Monson brings a depth of knowledge in the development of consumer-centric integrated marketing programs. |
